Wendall Ernight "Sempar" (Finished)

Name: Wendall Ernight

Age: 150(Appears as 23)

Gender: Male

Appearance: Sempar weights in at 214 pounds, and stands at 6'0. The hero dons a spandex suit, that's black in color, and has white pin strips that run down both his legs and his arms, and when his reach his fore arms, spiral down to his wrists. Another medium sized white stripe runs down from the top of his shoulder to his hip, where it reaches his utility belt, which is gold in color. The eye holds on his mask are white in color, and white pinstripes go down from the top of his head, down through the eyes, down to his chin. He carries a single sheath on his back, where he keeps his katana, which is about 3 1/2 feet in length, and curves towards the end. He also carries 2 semi-automatic pistols, Mantises, on his belt, and also keeps the ammo for the guns there as well.

History: Wendall was born into a military family in the late 1950's. He grew quickly standing at 5'11 at merely 16. After graduating high school, he was rushed into the army, coming out at the top of his class, and was quickly put on the front lines in Vietnam. Shot in the knee by a Vietnamese soldier via ambush, Ernight was sent back to America, given a Purple Heart, and sent back home. Wounded, Wendall refused to give up, and was finished with physical therapy in a mere four and a half months.

Now a Sargent, Ernight spend the next two decades at training camps, helping young cadets achieve their potential. However, at 45, Wendall was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, seemingly far on along, taking most affect in his muscles. Realizing he has didn't have too much time to live, Wendall spend days on end training the muscle he did have left. He was sent on one last mission, a black ops operation to the south part of Russia.

Ernight and his squad arrived in Russia, posing as guards that guarded a facility known as X.N.E.X.T. Their mission was short-lived, as one member of the squad, Wade Silkvera was easily caught, and sold out the others, under the conditions that the Russians would set him free. They did, and as Wade made his way out, was shot in both his calves, left to freeze in the cold. The other members were killed except for Wendall, who wasn't as lucky. The guards claimed that Wendall was rugged, and could take more than the others. He was taken deep into X.N.E.X.T., and brought to the H.Y.P.E.R. testing area. H.Y.P.E.R. was a drug that was developed in order to reverse the effects of illnesses such as cancer, complex hyperplasia, and other diseases of the like. All the other test subjects had died, showing little improvement. The thing about this drug was that it had the toxicity of a snake bite, and in order for it work, the subject would have to live through that, the problem being that many subjects were teetering off the edge, about to die, and couldn't handle it, unlike Wendall. He was pumped full of about 700 ml of H.Y.P.E.R., and was easily subdued by the drug, and was thought to be dead until, at around two hours after it was admitted, Wendall woke up, and was seemed to be cured of MS. Not only that, but Wendall appeared to be in his prime, 23.

Ernight was kept in prison for a few years before breaking out, via snapping his guard's neck. He ran out into the Russian wild, eventually getting loss, cold and afraid. He spent months there, surviving off raw fish, nuts, and fresh water, until agents of Portatore Di Morte finally picked him up, and convinced him to join them. Surprised at his new found abilities, Wendall doned a spandex suit, and dubbed himself Sempar, meaning "Ever."

Personality: A rather kind person at heart, months in the Russian wilderness pushed him over the edge. He constantly sleeps outside, the ground, trees, park benches, etc., stating that he's "in his element." Wendall also gets satisfaction out of the dismay of others. For instance, stealing keys from others, only to see them scramble to find them. However, when it boils down to it, Wendall lives for the fight, and purposely puts himself out on the battlefield, to see how much he can take, resulting in rampages he likes to call, "Tantrums."

Powers

Power: Hyper Regenitive Healing Factor: Do to H.Y.P.E.R. mutagen effecting his Mutiple Sclerosis, Wendall now has the ability to quickly regenerate almost any body damage from is inflicted to him. Flesh can regenerated quickly, where as bone takes a tad longer.

Slowed Aging Process: Due to the rapid regeneration of unhealthy cells, Wendall's aging is slowed significantly, probably aging at 1/110 of what he normally would. This keeps him in peak physical condition, ready to fight at almost all times.

Drawbacks/Limitations: Sempar' s power is drawn from his willpower, therefore, is discouraged or emotional effected, his regenitive capabilities can be stunted or completely stopped. Also, if Sempar is somehow decapitated, he does run the risk of dying. If his head and body are reunited, he can can reconnect them, and be good to go. However, if they are apart for a great deal of time, such as an hour to two, he could die from his body shutting down, do to no nervous system.

Capabilities: Wendall can handle more dangerous places, such as areas with mass amounts of radiation, places heavy guarded, and due to mastery of the sword, can easily handle his own. His MS mainly affected his muscle, and their able to regenerate the quickest, and the strongest, therefore he is incredible strong, and is able fight hand to hand with the strongest of enemies. After 10 years of studying jujitsu in Japan, Sempar knows all pressure points across the body, and can submit weaker enemies without breaking a sweat.

Sorry for the late post, i asked one of the others to judge your character but they're all dead. And Stupid.

Jokes aside, In a lot of the parts of your bio, it doesn't seem like you've read up on the rules of the site and the history of the world. The appearance is fine, but stuff gets a little...odd from there on. Perfect Imbalance takes place in the year 2150, with people starting to get powers in 2015 so it's impossible for Wendall to be that old. You also can't give your own reasons for your character's appearance, it being a virus that has infected every-one the virus doesn't become active until around the same age as puberty, so once again, character is too old. Another thing, powers are drawn from a persons adrenaline, meaning they are more effective when adrenaline is pumping hard. Powers can still be used without adrenaline but with much less effectivity, so having Wendall's powers draw from is willpower is a no-go. The last problem I have with this is your two powers, unfortunately on the site each character can only have one power, or else they would have too much versatility.
