[PLOT]Misery Loves Company

Two figure stood on top of a building, a large man and a small girl. Buildings all around them started exploding, seemingly out of nowhere as almost the entire city of Paris lay in ruin. The girl was probably only around the age of nine, remaining un-phased by the explosions she gave a dead-eyed stare to the ground before her. "C'mon, cheer up will ya? It's not everyday you get to see unrivaled power like this. Though, I suppose for you, it would." He smirked, poking the girl as more of the city lay waste before him. Whenever any-one tried to get close an explosion would send them flying. The man started laughing almost maniacally. "Ah god I love this pointless destruction."

The girl turned her head away from him and closed her eyes. She didn't need to see this, not anymore.

Verwustun troops tried to retaliate with everything they had, armies from all over the Europe tried to stop this maniac but none had the power. Entire armies were torn apart without this man lifting a finger. Armies from every single faction had shown up and were fighting for control of the little girl, the catalyst to all of the destruction enveloping Paris.

"Ah, such a lovely sight". Mifune stares at his tea for a little bit, watching the steam rise out of his cup and spiral through the air. 'this is suck a lovely place' He can't stop thinking to himself about this tiny little cafe in the streets of Paris. He watches all the people go by, fully taking in this beautiful scenery. "This tea is so good, i'm going to have to buy some" Mifune finishes his tea and heads up to the the counter to by some of the tea leaves. As he went to pay there was a loud BANG! The cafe started to shake a little, everyone started panicking, most ran out of the store. Mifune couldn't hold his ground and was quickly dragged out of the store by the sea of people. Now in the streets he looked around to see what the hell was going on. All he saw was terror, buildings collapsing, windows exploding. It was too much, all he could hear was the sound of crumbling buildings and the screams of the children and the dying.

He went to go find somewhere safe but he forgot the tea he just payed for. Mifune turned around and ran for his tea. When he got inside there was a small girl lying on thee floor, trampled from the incident a moment ago. "Oh my god are you okay?" Mifune was panicking, praying that the little girl was okay. "wheres my mummy" Mifune had trouble hearing her, her words were muffled by her tears. All of a sudden the roof started to collapse. Mifune dropped his tea, picked up the girl and tried to run, but the roof had blocked of the door. He had to make a decision and quick, he only had two options; stay and die with the girl when the building fully collapses, or trust god and try the window. He looked down at the girl and she said to him "I don't want to die". The one thing He hoped he would never have to hear from a child.

These words crushed him, "screw the window" Mifune lifted the all his swords from their sheath's and cut down the wall before him. He started searching the streets for this little girls mother or any kind of emergency service. She was too injured to walk, she was covered in cuts and bruises from head to toe. People scrambled everywhere, it was Chaos. The whole city was falling apart. There was a big explosion at the top of the building beside Him. Glass was raining from the sky, He covered the girl with his coat and shielded her from the debris. The glass was as sharp as needles, stabbing into his shoulder and cutting up Mifune's back. A tsunami of people Burst out of the shop, knocking the girl out of Mifunes arms. No matter how hard he tried to push his way through the crowed, it was hopeless. He was pushed further and further away like he was caught in a rip. He was forced to suffer watching the girl get trampled by the fleeing herd of people. The building collapsed. It crushed some of the crowed when it fell right above the little girl.

Mifune dropped to his knees in horror, he couldn't move. He felt so much pain seeing that young life being taken away as he stood their completely helpless. He couldn't move, He sat there for hours crying and screaming. Now he lies in the wake. Rubble and bodies littered everywhere. It was at this moment that Mifune made the most important decision in his life, He was going to dedicate the rest of his life to finding the girls killer. The Reaper of Paris was going to fall to the hands of Mifune. He shall not rest until the girl had been avenged.

The man on the building laughed maniacally before leaping into the streets and coming face to face with Mifune. The man had short and spiky, dark green hair. He glared at Mifune, him being the only person not panicking in all of this madness. "Wow, you must be pretty tough if you're not phased by all of this huh?" He said, grinning. The man pointed his finger at Mifune in the shape of a gun. "Bang." An explosion erupted right in front of Mifune, possibly sending him flying backwards. "Hey! get down here, we've still got shit to do." The man shouted up to the little girl, who was still on the roof. She jumped down and landed heavily next to him. She looked over at Mifune with a pleading look in her eyes.

As Verwustun troops started to surround the man, the girl and Mifune, the man snickered disappointingly. All of the soldiers were instantly blown away and the man turned his attention back onto Mifune. "It seems your the only one who can take a hit from me. So why don't we stress test this?" The man created an explosion at Mifune's feet and another right in his face.
